With Hazel Hawkins Memorial Hospital just down the street, we can offer health and wellness clinics with local healthcare partners. The Cannery Club also features indoor and outdoor fitness classes for a healthy body and mind including yoga, cycling and aqua fitness. Inspire your inner chef with cooking classes and demos at the showcase kitchen. Stay active with pickleball, bocce and swimming, and take time out to relax in the year-round heated spa or covered loggia.

Enjoy engaged learning experiences that inspire daily life! Lifelong learning encourages us to stay curious, expand our knowledge or learn a new skill. Twin Oaks offers on-site presentation and lecture events on personal development, hobbies and much more. The local Gavilan Community College also features educational classes on a wide variety of subjects, perfect for those committed to lifelong learning. Continued learning is key to help us feel connected, fulfilled and happier while keeping the brain healthy.

Our calendar of events includes something for everyone, where you can connect with friends, share common interests and discover new pursuits. Twin Oaks also offers member clubs for hiking, brewing, gardening, books, art and many more!

Hometown Hollister
Twin Oaks is a conveniently located less than an hour from San Jose and 30 miles from Monterey Bay. Hollister is a wonderful escape from the congestion of city life. Enjoy small-town living including a charming downtown, restaurants, shopping and top-notch medical facilities. The Twin Oaks neighborhood is very walkable – less than a mile to Hazel Hawkins Hospital and a large shopping center with Target, eateries and more. Hollister hometown events include a Farmer’s Market, downtown parades and a summer outdoor concert series. In nearby Gilroy, explore the Gilroy Premium Outlets with over 145 shops and the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival.
The San Benito Wine Trail surrounds the beautiful rolling hills around Hollister and the Cienega Valley, where local wineries produce zinfandels, pinot noirs, cabernets and much more. Top vintners include the historical Eden Rift Winery established in 1849. San Benito County also features many wineries, farms and orchards that supply fresh farm to table food for local restaurants and farmers markets.
